As a general rule, you shouldn’t eat too much salad unless you actually want to. You can eat it, but you can also eat some of other food because you also want to have a good salad. It’s not that it’s bad for you, but that it’s very good for you.
It doesnt mean you should eat it anyway, but it does mean you shouldnt eat the wrong thing. You can have a lot of salad too, but you should also eat the right amount.
