As a yoga student, this documentary is the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen. I’m not just talking about the practice itself, I’m talking about the culture that surrounds it. There is a huge amount of information in this documentary that’s well worth a watch. I’ll be honest, I haven’t watched it all, but its definitely a good place to start.

The first thing you see when you open the documentar is the word “mahasapatti.” This is the word used for all yoga practitioners, whether you are a yogini or not. For yoga students, this is the word that represents the state of being in practice, from full-on yogic bliss to the deep, deep, deep rest that is only possible when you are fully present.

The word mahasapatti means “fullness” and is often used as a synonym for “alive.” If you are a practicing yogi, you probably already know this, but the documentary goes into great detail about the various ways that you can stay fully present during yoga, including how to get into a meditative state called satipatthana.

The documentary covers many of these aspects in detail, and I’ve found it to be extremely helpful in the past. Some of the most well-known practices, such as pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and yoga postures, are all covered in the documentary, and when I was practicing in the past, I was always able to focus and be fully present during my practice.

How to do this? The best way to do this is to go for a meditative state called satipatthana, or satispace yoga. The meditative state is most common in the Indian culture, and I’ve found that yoga is one of the most popular and effective types of yoga for people. It’s also a great way to get into a little bit of a meditation state before you begin a yoga program.

Ive found that if I am in a meditative state, I am able to focus better and be more present during my practice. This is especially helpful if you find yourself with a lot of work and/or personal issues that need to be addressed. So my recommendation is to try it and see what it is that works for you.
