We are all conditioned to a certain level of self-awareness, but how are we living our lives? Are we more aware of our self-awareness than our conscious awareness? Are we more aware of our conscious awareness than our unconscious awareness? I love yoga because it is a way for me to be more aware of myself and to take my awareness of self a step further.

Yoga was always more likely to get me out of bed in the morning, but I’ve realized that I really do need that extra dose of self-awareness. It’s not just the obvious physical benefits, it’s also how it improves my mental health. It’s a great way to relax, it’s a way to focus, it helps me to overcome stress and anxiety, and it helps me to be more present in the moment.
