It seems that there are two kinds of houses for rent in the same place: those that are too expensive to rent and those that need some repairs.

The other thing that I have to deal with is that not everyone is happy with their life. I have been asked a lot by people if I would take a chance on them, especially with the economy. I dont think I have to answer that question because at the end of the day I am not in a bubble of what people think of me or my lifestyle. I have friends who told me to take a chance on them.
Sure, everyone has their own opinion and their own life. I think the people who have the most to lose from the economy might feel the most cheated out of their life. These people are not usually the most well rounded. They are in constant turmoil and it takes a lot of time to get from one place to the next. Also, the people who have more money to spend are the ones who are most likely to have a good lifestyle.
