Why is this important? Because as the day draws to a close, I have a lot of work coming up. I know that I have to keep my focus on what I’ve been doing for the last week. First off, I work with people who have health and fitness issues. In other words, we work with people who have specific health problems and theres a lot they have to do to maintain that health. I have a sister who is in the same boat. I don’t think a vegan diet is ideal for everyone, but I think it is a very good idea for people with heart issues.
