For me, I think it is so easy to feel good when I perform a good behavior. It’s hard (if not impossible) to not do a good behavior. I think we have been conditioned to believe the opposite. We are so programmed to feel good when we are doing a good thing. We are taught not to feel bad when we are doing a bad thing. Because we think “if only I was doing a bad thing, it would be easier.

I think the reason we are so conditioned to be happy when we are doing a good thing is because we don’t like ourselves when we are doing something bad. We don’t like ourselves when we are doing a good thing. We like ourselves when we are doing a bad thing. It’s easy to go into a bad self-image when you’re doing a good thing. When we’re doing a good thing, we don’t like ourselves. We see ourselves as better than we are.

This is a very common misconception. It just comes from not being able to admit when you are doing a bad thing, or that you are doing a bad thing. People who are happy with themselves when they are doing a bad thing are often not willing to admit how they are doing something bad. The more they do it, the longer they think it will last.
