I know the only reason I’ve been doing yoga for so long is because of my daughter. She is the one doing the poses.

If youre wondering what to do when youre bored, you can do something silly like yoga, but with your wife. Or even something completely different, like your wife doing the yoga poses with you.
It’s not like she’s doing them for you, or anything. She’s just doing them for you and the idea is that you’re doing yoga with her, and if it works, that’s great. But it doesn’t have to be a “we’ll both be happy” thing. You can also just do them with your friends, and it’ll be just like you and your friends doing yoga.
But as you can imagine, doing yoga with a partner is fun too. You can even get some friends to join in too, if you want them to. But be warned: it will not be great, and it will be a lot more awkward than your regular yoga class.
