If you’ve been paying attention, you probably have learned that most people who are really good at life have a lot of mental and emotional health. It’s important to be able to stay in the present and appreciate the things that surround you, such as the beautiful scenery you see every day or the conversations you have with friends.

There are so many things that surround us in this life that we do have to deal with. Having a strong immune system is a big one. Being able to deal with stress and trauma is a big one. Having good relationships with others is another big one. And lastly, having a good mental and emotional health is a big one.

Good mental health is one of the biggest things for people to focus on. So it’s a pretty important characteristic in our lives.

Good mental and emotional health is a nice sounding way of saying that you’re able to function well in your life. But the reality is that many of us have a hard time dealing with stress, trauma, or other life events. We may have a hard time handling them and we may become angry and/or aggressive. We may become depressed, or anxious. We may even act out. These are all signs of emotional and mental illness.

Mental illness also includes a lot of other things, like anger, depression, and self-harm. Because we often feel like we’re unable to handle life’s stress and things, we may find ourselves getting defensive or angry, or depressed, or depressed, or anxious.
