When I’m talking about photography, I often think about the photos I take and how I frame them. If you’re in the studio with me, it feels like you’re shooting a project. The studio is where my creativity meets my practice and where I am at a young age. When I start out, I’m doing the same works, the same photos, the same work, the same work.
It reminds me of someone I know who works in a studio. She was always doing the same thing at the same time, but now it seems like shes starting to explore what her next idea might be. She seems to be having more fun than she used to.
Some people I know get into photography because they like what they do, and they also want to travel. The problem I see with that is that when youre having fun, you also need a way to get from place to place. For example, I like to travel. I love to travel. But I also like to work every day. I would like to have the opportunity to work remotely.
