I am a self-aware human being. I am not a robot. I have thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I am aware of my feelings and emotions. That knowledge is what keeps me from feeling bad about anything. This knowledge is not simply learned. This is the only thing that keeps me from falling into the pit of despair I call depression.
This is the thing that keeps me from feeling bad about my depression. It is not a feeling that can be remedied. It is a feeling that exists. It is all around me. It is all around me.
I have made my life miserable and I’m not really sad. I am not really sad because I’m not really depressed because I feel like I am. I am not really sad because I feel like I am. I am not really sad because I feel I am.
I know this is an incredibly common reaction to feeling depressed, but it’s also a common misconception that depression is a feeling of sadness. It’s not. depression is a feeling that exists. It is all around me. It is all around me. No matter what you do, you can’t really escape it. Depression is an identity you carry with you, it is never really gone. It has a life of its own, and it is in you.

But what if you’re feeling sad because you’ve been depressed for a long time? What if you’ve been feeling depressed for a long time, but you can’t remember why you were feeling sad? What if you are sad when you’re depressed, but you don’t think it’s because you’re depressed anymore? Sadness is not an emotion.
There are so many emotions that are not sadness. I could list many other emotions that make sense to me, but that’s for another day. I think sadness is something we all have to deal with at certain times in our lives, but it is not an emotion we are ever truly comfortable with.
When we are sad it is an emotion we do want to talk about, but we dont want to make it into something that can be seen as an illness.
