I would love to think that with the right tools, a good recipe can actually make our kitchen clean for you and for your family. As long as youre careful with your lycopene intake (which can be problematic because of all the lycopene you get from foods, not just supplements), you can get a lot of health benefits from the fruit and vegetables you eat. The key is to eat a diet that is high in fiber and low in carbohydrates and sugar. You can also take a lycopene supplement at bedtime to help you with heart disease, stroke and kidney stone formation.
