A simple question.
There are two midwifery programs in the world. The international day of the midwife is one of them. International midwives are women who have earned a PhD in midwifery and work with midwives in hospitals all over the world. They have the best of both worlds. International midwives are the best in the world.
The day of the midwife is a global day, and it’s been celebrated around the world in honor of this very special role. It’s an opportunity for midwives all over the world to give birth for the first time, have their first professional birth, complete their education, and then travel to their next hospital and begin to work alongside midwives in the hospital.

I’m going to be honest, I’m not sure I really understand what the international day of the midwife is. I’ve heard some midwives talk about it a little bit, but I don’t really understand what it is. And that’s why I’m going to ask the question “What is the International Day of the Midwife?” (I’m going to continue to use “International Day of the Midwife” as a shorthand for everyone who cares about midwives in general).

For the past year, I’ve wanted to write a post about midwives, and so I guess I figured, why not? The International Day of the Midwife is a day that is celebrated every year on the first Sunday of March. It is a day set aside to honor midwives in general, and was created as a way to raise awareness about the issue of unpaid care in the midwifery field.
As the title implies, International Day of the Midwife is also the day of midwives throughout the world, and it’s also the day of the midwife. I know you guys know that Ive been doing this for years, and I believe my ability to be an international day of the midwife is at stake. However, Ive been doing it for years and I believe I can be an international day of the midwife.
International day of the midwife is an international day of midwifery, and the last international day of this kind occurred in March of 2017, when the first international day of midwifery was declared on May 5th, 2017. This was the day that I was born, and it was the day that I passed the midwifery exam.
To declare the day, we need to collect the required number of signatures from the governments of the world. So on May 5th, I am going to go to Washington DC, the capital city of the United States of America. I will be asking congress to declare the day, and if it passes I will be calling myself the International Day of the Midwife.
