I’m just going to go ahead and call this a “figure4”. It’s a series of four squares with a picture of each one of the four seasons. As a game mechanic, if you get two different players talking about the same thing, then you can build a dialogue between them. You can even have a dialogue between two players that the other player uses to talk about the same thing. I saw this game in a playtest where one player had to create a dialogue between them, and the other player had to create the same dialogue again.
