It’s true. When we start thinking more than we should about something, we start doing a lot of things. When we focus and think about things we don’t want to do, we’re not simply being lazy; we’re being selfish.
I think the most common thinking strategy for most of our thinking processes is to think ahead. It is a very important way to think today because we are being caught by the day. We will be caught off guard by the way we approach ourselves and will be in an attempt to get ahead of ourselves.
I often think about the negative things I might do to myself with a positive thought. I might think about how I will be more productive, more relaxed, more focused, more creative. My life is going to be better. I will be more healthy, more free to explore my personality more. I am going to be more content with what I am doing.
There’s a time to think about how things are going to be, and a time to think about how you’re going to change the way you’re doing things. This time is the time to be the person who will create a beautiful, peaceful, enjoyable, joyful, fulfilling, and peaceful environment in your life. But don’t let that thought stop you from thinking about the things you might have to do to get there.
In what ways has the world changed for you? Are you happier, healthier, more free, more free to explore and create? Do you have more time to do what you love? Theres a time to think about how things are going to be, and a time to think about how youre going to change the way youre doing things. This time is the time to be the person who will create a beautiful, peaceful, enjoyable, joyful, fulfilling, and peaceful environment in your life.
The world is changing around us, and it’s changing rapidly. Because we live in a world of constant change, and because of that, we often forget to notice the changes we do see, and how they affect us. The more we notice the changes, the more we can get our inner-self to start having a little self-awareness about how we feel, what we’re doing, and what we’re thinking.
Being a part of the change is a gift. We don’t have to wait for the world to change to change. We can change it. We can change the way the world changes, and as a result, we can change the way we feel and change the way we perceive our lives.
When we start noticing how our life is changing, we can then start to consciously notice the changes we are making, and start to make changes in our own life. It’s what I call, “Self Awareness through Self-Awareness.” All of us have the capacity to be aware of how we are feeling and how our life is changing, but like any awareness, we have to be willing to make some changes in our own life in order to begin truly creating our own reality.
When we talk about self-awareness, its not really about getting to know ourselves better. We are all aware of how our bodies feel, how our brains are working, and how our minds are operating. We can also be aware of how our feelings are affecting our lives, such as feeling depressed, feeling anxious, or feeling lonely. This is all part of the learning and growing process for most of us.
