Its easy to see how yoga has helped some of us and some of us haven’t realized its been helpful at all. Some of us have said to ourselves “I can’t do this right now. I need some time to rest, and the kids are nagging me. Maybe it’s best to just give yoga a miss after today.” Others of us have just given it a miss because we’re too lazy to practice it.
That’s true, and I can understand why it would be. But the thing is, we’ve always been in this situation. We’ve always had to leave our families, our kids, and our friends for a long time to practice yoga. But maybe its time to just give up.
The truth is that most of us have been doing yoga for a while now and we all know that this is a practice that can take you into your own inner healing. Sure, you may have to give up your family and friends for a time, but at least you get to yourself. And if you really love yoga, you can always go to a yoga center or even a class at a local studio. But if you dont like yoga, you are missing out.
