In fact, if you have a car, take it to a place with a big beach with some nice people on it. As long as that beach or ocean is near your hometown it is a good idea to go there.
The other reason not having a car or plane ticket to go to the beach is because the beach can be just as cold as the ocean. And that is due to the fact that it gets very windy. Because you are at the beach in a big car, and you are driving your car while you are at the beach it gets really windy. It is a good idea to go to the beach with a friend or two and have a good time in the wind.
