In case you are not familiar with the Latin flavor, the ingredients are: Garlic, onion, sweet peppers, rosemary, sage, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper, and water. Sounds like a damn fine way to get a turkey ready for a picnic! But it is not. It’s definitely not a turkey. It is a turkey-like thing that is made from a mixture of minced meat and cooked vegetables. It is neither meat nor vegetables.
The main issue with this recipe is that the sauce is too spicy to be a true winter temp. So, it’s a true solution.
The first thing you can do is to get some garlic in your fridge, and then make this sauce. Just do it for a couple of days and you’ll be amazed at how good it’s going to taste.
