This is not actually a negative thing. I would not have gone if I thought they were the right place for me. I do think that apartments are just as common as you are, so it is a good thing that they are available. Not everyone has the budget to buy an apartment so they can rent it out.
I think that even though I’m not one of these people that would buy a flat and rent it out for a year, I don’t think that you should be one of those people either. You probably will not have enough money to rent out your own apartment, and if you’re buying flats, you should think about how they are going to make money if you sell them. That being said, I think that buying apartments does have its positive sides.
