I recently started attending bikram yoga classes for the first time in my life. I love the classes, I love the teacher, and I love the atmosphere. I love the fact that I am not practicing the physical aspects of yoga, but I am learning what it’s like to be in the body. I love the fact that I’m learning and practicing a type of yoga that is very different and unique from what I’ve ever done before.

It’s been a while since I’ve done yoga. I’ve only had an in-person class with a teacher once (twice with friends) and I only did a few yoga poses. That’s it (well, except for the stretches, of course). I’m not even sure what I am doing on the mats. I just know that I feel amazing.
