I’m going to be the last to admit that I’m not a fan of fitness gyms or the gym in general. I’m not talking about your body, I’m talking about your mind. Even if you’re not a great athlete, like I am, you can still exercise. Because the way your brain processes information is such that your body is always processing it. This is why, when you walk or run, you can feel your heart beating with more regularity.
