So this sounds like a perfect time to have a talk with your mind. If you are interested in learning to be a master of self-awareness, here’s a quick introduction into the mind’s power, as well as how this can be done.
You’ll want to take time to become aware of your mind, but this is something you can do so easily. Think of it as playing with your mind. Imagine you’re sitting in a doctor’s waiting room. Each time you see someone, or hear someone say something, you are able to respond in ways that the person may not be able to hear.
There is a big difference between thinking and being aware. To have a conversation with your mind, you need to first become aware of your own mind. To think about something, you have to be able to take in what is going on. For example, when we are in a conversation, we are either talking about the weather, or about how we are going to look when we are in the shower. This is known as ‘focus.’ You can only focus on certain things.
You can’t focus on a person’s face. It’s impossible. To focus on their faces we have to be able to hear them. When I was a kid, I would listen for sounds that I couldn’t hear because I was too busy watching them. At that time, I used to stare into the distance, waiting for someone to walk past me. Of course, this didn’t work in real life either.
How we do this is by noticing the person who is walking past us and looking at the camera. This is not a very common behavior, but it is one that we dont have to worry about.
A person with good face skills can focus their attention on a person’s face and not their eyes. This is one of the best ways to ensure that you’re not staring at them.
If you can spot someone who looks like they are looking in the direction of your face you can avoid staring at them.
When you are walking past someone, you can immediately notice their face and look away. This helps you avoid looking at their face. You can also see if they look away and look back. If you notice this, you can give your attention to something else.
