This is one of those recipes that if you haven’t tried before, you will. The only thing you have to do is add the water and it’s ready to go. This is a great use for leftovers from the night before. We usually have a few large, heaping handfuls of leftover pasta (we don’t eat gluten or dairy for this recipe) and a few cups of leftover sauce, so go ahead and use what you have.

This is also great stuff for the morning, you can mix it up however you like to make the pasta and sauce. I’ve used it with just a little butter for some extra flavour.
